She wanted to shove him, but there was no way for her to do that without having to let go of his arms. “Meanie.” She stuck her tongue out at him. “And gross! I don’t dream about you. That would be considered a nightmare.” She argued. She rocked back and forth, starting to hum another song and stopped abruptly, “It was working, but unfortunately, my attention is now back on you.”

She busted out laughing at how wrong he was. “Weakness? No, no, no. That was not a weakness, that was unexpected and I freaked, that’s all.” She informed him, “Don’t get a big head now.” She shook her head to answer his question as he slammed her down next to him, grabbing her by the waist. “I tried my best.” She sighed in defeat, placing her arms on his chest.

She laughed again, quietly this time as he snuggled up against her. She rested her head on his chest and closed her eyes. “Rudolph went back to the North Pole.” She reminded him. She wasn’t sick anymore, so there was no way for her to wake up with a red and stuffy nose.

“I’m not mean, you’re mean.” He poked her gently, making a face. He laughed at her remark. “Is this a nightmare, Stella? Your singing voice, unlike my presence, is a nightmare.” He grinned down at her. “You know what your weakness is? Me. You’re always nervous around me, so doing anything abruptly is a weakness. If I walk out of here right now, you would be shocked again, but I’m oddly comfortable, so I won’t.”

“I’m going to miss Rudolph. You were adorable as Rudolph, now you’re just mean.” He rocked her back and forth in his arms. “So, Stella, the night is still young. Let’s have some fun, share some secrets, because you seem surprised at my truths.” He grinned. “I’ll start, ask you a question. You have to answer truthfully, okay? Or I won’t ever come back to your bed again.” He thought for a moment. “Why are you here with me? I could do anything to you right now, and you don’t have on defense up.”

I am confident, but I still have my moments. Baby, that’s just me.” She sung softly, waiting for Carson to give in.

When she felt his lips on her neck, her first reaction was to bite down on her lip. But when she came to her sense, her eyes flew open and she squirmed, releasing her arms from under his grip. She lifted his head up and placed her lips against his. If this was the only way to prevent him from teasing her, then so be it. She broke away from the kiss and flipped them over, struggling to keep his arms down. “No fair, you cheated.” She pouted.

“I know,” he said. “I think I’m the better Communications major, though.” He grinned at her. “That so happened, you know. I’m pretty sure you’ve had wilder dreams about me.” He winked at her and laughed. “Are you singing to distract yourself? That’s adorable.”

“I win,” he grinned and looked up at her. “I didn’t cheat, I just knew your weakness.” He shrugged. “Do you really think you can hold me?” He motioned to his arms. He overpowered her and hugged her around the waist.

Carson snuggled up to her. “How’s that?” He put his head above hers ~~because he’s a tall motherfucker.~~ “I want to wake up to Rudolph, but I’m afraid you won’t let me.”
